Booking Policies

For hourly sessions, all edits, revisions, and exports should be completed during your booked time whenever possible. If you request changes or exports outside of a session, the following fees apply:

Technical errors: $0

Corrections to clear mistakes on my end that do not match what we approved. For example: missing versions, glitches, wrong file format, clipping, missing sections, or wrong sample rate/bit depth.

Minor edits: $25

Small tweaks to an existing version. For example: replacing/updating stems, turning a vocal or instrument up or down, or a quick EQ or FX adjustment.

Revisions: $50

A new round of notes that requires mix or edit work across the song. For example: multiple balance changes, timing clean up, or updated processing.

Final files (masters and/or stems): $75

Preparing and exporting final files after the session. For example: full resolution masters, instrumentals, acapellas, live show versions, or stems.

I will always confirm which category your request falls into and get your approval before billing for any out-of-session work.

A 50% deposit is required to book your session. This holds your time on the calendar and covers the prep done before the session begins. The remaining 50% will be charged automatically to your card on file the day of the session.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice and your deposit will carry over to the new date. See the full cancellation policy below for details.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, no-shows, and sessions missed without advance notice will be charged the full session price.
